Withdrawal from contract
Fill in the form below to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods — no reason required. The form is available to both logged-in and anonymous customers.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. After you submit the form we will immediately send you an e-mail with the exact date and time of receipt, which serves as proof that the 14-day period was met. The return protocol is attached, ready to print.

How it works
Send the goods back or bring them to us no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before it expires.
Please note that the cost of returning goods by carrier is always borne by the buyer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
Handing the goods over at the shop
The confirmation e-mail you receive after submitting this form has the return protocol attached. Print it and present it to the staff at the shop where you hand the goods over.
You can hand the goods over at our shop; the money is then wired to the bank account you gave us.
A copy of the proof of purchase (the invoice) must be presented with the goods.
The goods must be returned complete, in their original packaging, and must show no signs of wear or damage.
As soon as we have received and checked the goods you get a confirmation e-mail with the details of your refund. The money is returned no later than 14 days after the goods reach us.
