MSR Thru-Hiker 70 Wing / 100 Wing Tarp

The MSR Thru‑Hiker Wing is an ultralight tarp shelter for minimalist backpackers and hikers. It is available in two sizes (70 Wing and 100 Wing) and can be used standalone or paired with the MSR Thru‑Hiker Mesh House.

• 20D ripstop nylon with Durashield / Xtreme Shield coating for water and abrasion resistance.
• Fly hydrostatic head of approximately 1200 mm provides protection in light rain.
• Can be pitched with trekking poles or tent poles to suit different setups.
• Compatible with the Thru‑Hiker Mesh House to create a mesh inner and full shelter (sold separately).

Typical use: ultralight and long‑distance backpacking, summer and shoulder‑season trekking where compact packability and low weight are priorities. Packs small to fit inside a backpack for multi‑day routes.
