Grivel Rotor carabiner

The Grivel Rotor is a compact accessory carabiner with an integrated swivel, intended for climbers and rescue teams as a supplementary component. It is not designed or certified for belaying or lowering people.

Key features

• Integrated swivel allows free rotation under load, reducing rope or lanyard twisting.
• Screw‑Lock closure (manual sleeve) that must be fully screwed closed by hand.
• Compact aluminium construction for low weight and easy handling.
• Designed as an accessory carabiner to sit between anchors and pulleys or on lanyard assemblies.
• Not suitable as a primary belay point or for direct belaying of climbers.

Typically used when installing auxiliary rope systems, between anchors and pulleys, or for attaching suspended gear. Suited to situations where preventing line twist and saving space are priorities.
